Smoothies

Smoothies are a great way of getting in much needed nutrients quick. For highest nutrient value it’s best to consume your smoothie within the first 48 hours. I like to combine vegetables into my smoothies to balance out the sweetness and eat a rainbow of colours. They’re also really handy to freeze into lollies or ice cube snacks for little ones as you’d be surprised what you can hide in them!
