Hormone Balancing Workshop 9th May 2-4pm @ Now Studio Bristol

Feeling low, irritable or anxious at times is completely normal but if this is taking over your life and affecting your day to day activities then this workshop is for you.

The female body is amazing and our hormones are a complex interaction of many different systems and communications. Certain lifestyle patterns can interrupt this balance causing mood swings and energy dips, particularly around the time of the month.

PCOS, PMS, PMDD, Endometriosis and Menopausal symptoms all have links to hormone imbalance, liver detoxification and gut health.

Join Nutritional Therapist Angela, Yoga & Breathwork teacher Lizzy and Millie from The Wildflower Wellbeing in this 2 hour workshop where we will be covering in depth support for healthy hormone balance.
